At Floral Cakery, every creation is made to order with care and using the freshest ingredients. Please read our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Made to Order
All our cakes, cupcakes, cupcake bouquets and gift hampers are made to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature and perishable ingredients, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
2. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a store credit valid for 6 months.
• Custom wedding cakes cancelled within 7 days are non-refundable.
3. Changes to Orders
Changes to orders are subject to availability and may include additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and delivering your order. If your item
arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us
within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description
We will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit
or refund where appropriate.
Please note: Minor variations in design and colour may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and availability of flowers.
5. Food Safety
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been delivered or collected. Please ensure that all perishable items are stored and handled as per our Cake Care Guide.
